STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
• Once the payment is made, the quote and its terms are accepted.
• For the reference of the transfer, use the name of your family. Please share the proof of payment with us once it has
been made, at +8187208457
• The family agrees to pay the commission for placing NuNú.
• The family agrees to cover the total amount of the NuNú service contracted prior to beginning the visits,
• Families who contract the In House service will be responsible for the costs of food, "private" accommodation, and will
integrate NuNú into the family's routines.
• Once the proof of payment is received, MiNuNú will proceed to assign your NuNú(s) (nanny).
• MiNuNú's logistics team will make a personalized assignment of the NuNú that will provide the service, based on your
specifications; area and service hours. Once the logistics team has made the personalized selection, we will share the data
and profile of the NuNú(s) that will assist your visits via email.
• The NuNú assignment process for monthly NuNú can last between 4 and 10 days.
• MiNuNú is committed to assigning a trained NuNú to carry out the service that the family requests. The
communication is constant between the family, the NuNú and the MiNuNú agency.
• In case of extending the pre-paid time of your package. At the end of the period we will send you the list of extra hours
to be paid.
• NuNús can serve up to 3 children of similar ages, this condition applies only to children over 3 years old. To care for
children under 3 years old, it is suggested to hire one NuNú per baby.*
• For shifts of 12 hours or more, it is requested to provide two meal periods for the NuNú, as part of their work day. And
they will be given at least 8 hours of rest, independent of the meal time described above.
• The NuNús will provide child care and entertainment services; follow-up on daily routines, sleep, food, free play for the
family; and may support motor or auditory stimulation. The NuNús do not carry out domestic activities.
• We inform you that MiNuNú follows each and every one of the recommendations for the prevention of infections in our
country, but this does not exempt us from being victims of contagion, so we inform you that by receiving this confirmation
you accept the conditions mentioned here.
• The quote is valid for one month (considering 4 weeks). The price per hour will be valid only for the package described in
the quote and table of hours per package.
• MiNuNú supports each visit and will maintain constant communication with the families and the NuNús, in everything

• In case of hiring service in a range between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, an additional transportation charge will be made, to
pay for taxi transportation or similar transportation service to the NuNú, taking care of your safety. This condition applies
to both departures and arrivals in this time range.
• The tax, fee or commission policy; with payment links, Paypal, credit cards; are NOT established by MiNuNú. These
charges, depending on the type of payment, could range from 4% to 10%.
Remember that:
The NuNús CANNOT receive any cash, any incentives or tips, due to company policies, in order to always maintain the
same trust.
You understand and agree not to, and not to permit or encourage anyone else to, do any of the following in connection with the Service:
- Defame, abuse, harass, harm, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (including without limitation rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
- Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any profane, defamatory, infringing, hateful, distasteful, obscene or unlawful topic, name, information, materials or content;
- Use the Service or engage with other Users for any purpose that is in violation of local, state, national, or international law, rule or regulation, including without limitation wage and hour and working condition laws and regulations;
- Upload files that contain software or other material that violates the rights of any third party, including without limitation intellectual property rights or rights of privacy or publicity;
- Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spiders, cancel bots, corrupted files, or any other similar software, malware or materials that may damage, interfere with, disrupt, impair, disable or otherwise overburden the operation of any device, computer system or network;
- Take any action that would undermine any aspect of the Service or use the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Service or that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the functioning of the Service in any manner;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other User accounts, or other device, computer system or networks connected to the Service;
- Harvest or otherwise collect information about Users without their consent;
- Advertise or offer to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose (except as expressly set forth herein) on the Service that are not appropriate or relevant to the Service;
- Conduct or forward pyramid schemes, chain letters, surveys or contests on or through the Service, except where sponsored or created by MiNuNu;
- Impersonate another person or allow any other person or entity to use your user name, password or membership;
- Post the same content repeatedly or spam - spamming is strictly prohibited;
- Download any file posted by another User that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed through the Service;
- Access, download, or copy any information, content and/or materials from the Service through artificial means (including without limitation spiders, scrapers, hacking devices, computer programs, bots or other such means);
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, re-sell or exploit any information, materials or content on the Service; and/or
- Restrict or inhibit any other User from using and enjoying the Service.
